We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive | B2B | SaaS | Fintech | Global Markets

Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling B2B brands across geographies?

Performance Marketing Executive


What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    paid marketing campaigns across platforms like

    Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, Quora, and Native Ads

    .
  • Manage

    decent-sized budgets

    for high-volume campaigns across

    North America and APAC

    regions.
  • Build and manage

    end-to-end B2B marketing funnels

    for SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and AI-based clients.
  • Drive performance across channels including

    Paid, Organic, SEO, ABM, and Content Marketing

    .
  • Execute

    LinkedIn advertising strategies

    (lead gen, retargeting, and brand awareness) with creative experimentation.
  • Leverage

    AdTech tools

    and ensure seamless data flow using

    conversion APIs, CDPs, and attribution models

    to measure campaign success.
  • Work with

    conversion optimization

    frameworks to boost MQL-to-SQL ratios.
  • Conduct

    competitor and market analysis

    to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to align creative direction with business goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights through

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    , backed by analytics and attribution data.


What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience

    in B2B Performance Marketing — ideally with

    SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or AI clients.

  • Proven ability to manage campaigns with

    monthly or annual budgets

    and demonstrate tangible ROI.
  • Deep expertise in

    LinkedIn Ads

    and solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of

    conversion attribution

    ,

    retargeting

    , and

    AdTech integrations

    .
  • Exposure to

    Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    and

    geo-targeted campaigns

    .
  • Experience with

    Google Analytics, CRM tools

    , and performance dashboards.
  • A

    strategic thinker

    who enjoys experimenting, optimizing, and scaling performance in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude (IC role).
