Own end-to-end performance of digital acquisition and CRM channels, including Meta Ads,

Google Ads, Pinterest Ads

Manage and optimize customer engagement channels (CRM) such as WebEngage, CleverTap,

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push notifications - including journey creation, segmentation, and
automation workflows.

Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI,

customer acquisition trends, and key KPIs.

Collaborate with the content and operations teams to align campaigns with product launches,

inventory movement, and marketing calendars.5. Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance insights, audience behaviour, and
market trends.

Identify growth opportunities, test new strategies, and contribute proactively to monthly

planning.

Skills & Requirements

6 month to 1 year experience candidates from Institutes like IIT, NIT or from recognizable institute are more preferable.

Candidate should be from Gurugram /Delhi

Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Advertising (campaign setup, optimisation,

scaling).

Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organisation.
Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Strong analytical ability with comfort in numbers, experimentation, and A/B testing.
Ability to communicate data-backed recommendations clearly.
