Growth Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments.
- Working in a true 0-to-1 setup to launch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed and ownership.- Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive conversions and reactivation.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.- Strategizing and executing automated and manual workflows to nurture leads via WhatsApp and email.- Working with design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns.- Devising new methods and strategies to improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.- Leading and managing initiatives that span across growth, product, marketing, and partnerships, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.- Continuously experimenting with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.- Acting as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
