What You'll Do

first Growth Marketer

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google)
Run early growth experiments (giveaways, referral systems, viral content loops)
Analyze traffic → conversion funnels and optimize CAC
Collaborate with our in-house content team (editor + designer)
Work closely with the founder on brand positioning, landing pages, and launch campaigns
Build and manage basic CRM / email / WhatsApp flows for user retention

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing / growth / performance marketing
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and landing pages
Bonus: exposure to early-stage startups or SaaS/D2C marketing
Good command of data - basic Excel or reporting dashboards
Hustler mindset - we’re not just looking for someone to “post”; we want someone to
experiment, learn, and grow fast
