Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer, located in Kochi. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing data, developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts. The role will also require creating content, managing social media channels, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing in-app marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Skills in copywriting & automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
