Growth Marketer

As a Growth Marketer at Akrivia HCM, you will play a crucial role in accelerating pipeline growth and revenue generation for our SaaS product through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end ABM campaigns, segmenting accounts, developing tailored content, configuring ABM tools, and implementing personalized marketing tactics. You will also coordinate multi-channel campaigns, align marketing efforts with sales goals, analyze campaign metrics, and nurture leads through automated workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget management and resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM in the SaaS or tech industry. You must demonstrate proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, along with excellent content creation skills and strategic thinking abilities. Collaboration, analytical skills, and effective communication are essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. If you have prior experience in HR tech or HCM solutions and have worked on large enterprise ABM programs, it would be considered a plus.
