About The Role

We are seeking a data-driven, and performance-oriented

Mobile Acquisition Marketer

to lead user growth across our digital products, HOMER (learn to read) and codeSpark (learn to code). In this role, you will own paid user acquisition—developing strategies, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling channels to meet ROAS positive growth targets. This position blends analytical rigor with strong marketing instincts and a deep understanding of mobile ecosystems – all in the exciting and fulfilling world of early learning.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute mobile acquisition strategies across channels including Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns focused on efficiency, scale, and high-quality users.
  • Create structured testing plans (creative, targeting, bidding) to improve ROAS, CPI and CPT (cost per trial), and retention metrics.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Obsess about the full end to end view of the customer acquisition funnel from impression to trial start to subscription start and retention, ensuring CLTV to CAC ratios are meeting goals.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to meet monthly acquisition and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to refine attribution models and measurement.

Creative Development

  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets (video, static, UGC, concepts).
  • Drive creative iteration using performance insights and A/B testing results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to set up A/B tests to improve trial start rate and conversion to subscription
  • Partner with data, product and engineering team to institute events, track performance, and ensure accurate attribution.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Market & Channel Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, privacy updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and new UA opportunities.
  • Build relationships with platform partners and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4-6+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing
  • 1-3 years of experience in consumer subscription businesses, ideally trial-based products
  • Proficiency with skilled management of major ad platforms and experience with multi-million dollar media budgets: Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets, experimentation, and performance modeling.
  • Experience working with mobile attribution tools likes Appsflyer.
  • Understanding of SKAdNetwork, iOS privacy changes, and mobile measurement.
  • Ability to manage large budgets and optimize toward ROI/ROAS goals.

  • Familiarity Looker for deeper analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and guiding mobile-first ad production.
