Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Manager located in Noida. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing projects, and conducting analytics to drive growth. The role involves daily tasks such as data analysis, strategizing sales initiatives, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis tools Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in Sales and effective sales strategies Project Management skills with a track record of successful project execution Experience with Analytics tools and methodologies Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the technology or highway automation industry is a plus
