Review & Finalization of Tax Returns Handle and approve filings for salaried, pension, capital gains, TDS cases Match and verify Form 16, 26AS, and income proofs 2. Compliance & SOP Design Build internal tax filing workflows and SOPs Create standardized procedures for timely, accurate returns 3. Tech Collaboration & Platform Development Work with the tech team to integrate tax logic into our platform Guide improvements for ITR auto-filing and client flows Help adapt changes in tax laws into system behavior 4.
