Key Responsibilities

1. Review & Finalization of Tax ReturnsHandle and approve filings for salaried, pension, capital gains, TDS casesMatch and verify Form 16, 26AS, and income proofs2.

Compliance & SOP Design

Build internal tax filing workflows and SOPsCreate standardized procedures for timely, accurate returns3.

Tech Collaboration & Platform Development

Work with the tech team to integrate tax logic into our platformGuide improvements for ITR auto-filing and client flowsHelp adapt changes in tax laws into system behavior4.

Strategic & Structural Advisory

Advise on pricing, compliance models, and revenue strategyAssist in designing ESOP and equity frameworksHandle regulatory inputs for business structure---✅

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountant (Active COP preferred, not mandatory)1–4 years of post-qualification experience in ITR, GST, TDSStrong understanding of tax laws and digital platformsPrior startup, fintech, or automation experience is a plusLong-term commitment, ownership mindset, and ethical work culture---💰

Compensation Structure
