About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Business Developer with 6+ years of proven experience in Event Management, Sales, or Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for bringing in high-value event orders, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the Amravati region.

Key Responsibilities

High-Value Client Acquisition: Acquire large event orders from corporates, government departments, institutions, and private clients.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with senior-level decision makers.

Business Growth:

Achieve sales and revenue targets; explore new business opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

Track market trends and develop strategies for business expansion in Amravati and nearby areas.

Team Coordination

: Act as a bridge between clients and internal event execution teams for seamless delivery.Upselling & Cross-Selling: Provide clients with complete event solutions (catering, decoration, entertainment, sponsorship deals).
