Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager at our company, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our organization from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to work under various engagement models such as Equity, Salary, Profit Sharing, or Commission-Based Engagement based on your capabilities and contributions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing growth strategies to propel the company forward - Utilizing strong skills in data analysis, market research, and trend identification - Implementing digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing tactics - Demonstrating excellent communication and project management abilities - Collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams - Prior experience in fintech, AI, or trading industries would be advantageous - Holding a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required Our company operates on a Tech-for-Equity model, providing products for founders in exchange for 9% equity.
