Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager at Wayvida, your primary role will be to lead and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels such as search, social, email, and referrals. For the EdTech verticals, your focus will be on acquiring and nurturing learners, educators, or institutions through webinars, demos, and conversion funnels. Similarly, for the SaaS verticals, your role will involve implementing product-led growth strategies by optimizing onboarding, user journeys, and feature adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user feedback analysis - Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives - Monitor and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements - Identify and execute lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer LTV - Explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels, partnerships, and distribution models - Own growth KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership with data-backed strategies and execution plans Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus - 5-7 years of proven experience in a growth, product, or performance marketing role, preferably in EdTech or SaaS Join Wayvida as a Growth Manager and be part of a dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to drive growth strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the company's success.,
