🔹 Grow leadership and brand presence on LinkedIn (content, engagement & audience growth)
🔹 Manage monthly content calendars and performance metrics
🔹 Execute LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation tools
🔹 Build & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo/Lusha
🔹 Coordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignment
🔹 Represent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.)
🔹 Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissions
🔹 Build partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investors
🔹 Track performance dashboards & report growth insights
✔ 2–5 years in growth marketing, business development, or startup ecosystems
✔ Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, email automation
✔ Strong content & communication skills
✔ Experience with government startup schemes & accelerators is a big plus
✔ High energy, network-driven, data-oriented
