Client Services Manager-Events

As a Client Service Manager at BizConnect Event, you will lead our event management team in Mumbai, bringing your extensive experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate, brand, and experiential events. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end event process, from concept creation to execution, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include leading the planning, design, and execution of high-profile events like corporate meetings, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, and social events. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, managing clear communication of event details, budgets, timelines, and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Moreover, you will oversee vendor coordination to ensure the highest delivery standards, mentor a team of event coordinators, designers, and support staff, and supervise on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution. Your role will also involve conducting post-event evaluations to measure client satisfaction, event success, and identify areas for improvement for future events. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7 years of event management experience, focusing on large-scale corporate and experiential events. Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and AV requirements is essential, along with proven budget management skills and the ability to negotiate with vendors without compromising quality. You should possess excellent project management skills, strong leadership qualities, effective communication abilities, and be proficient in MS Office and event management software. Preferred attributes include previous experience in a reputed event management agency or corporate events team, creative problem-solving skills, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
