Growth Lead

• We're seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team and drive sales, partnerships, and customer success at DappLooker.
• You'll lead outbound efforts, manage integrations, and develop strategic collaborations to accelerate growth and reduce churn.

• Generate revenue through users, Layer 1 chains and dApps.
• Identify integration and partnership opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Drive developer engagement through events, forums and community programs.
• Manage technical integrations and optimize workflows for faster execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project launches.
• Develop partnership content case studies, blog posts, research reports and announcements.
• Execute joint go-to-market activities like webinars and hackathons.
• Generate leads via outbound efforts, qualify prospects, and close strategic deals.
• Use CRM and marketing automation to nurture leads and improve retention.

What We Expect

• 2-6 years of experience in business development within fintech, blockchain or tech startups.
• Proven success in deal negotiation and revenue growth.
• Understanding of blockchain and Web3 ecosystem (plus point).
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
