Job Description

As a Growth Lead at NST, your role will be crucial in driving the company's growth through innovative strategies in marketing, product, and content initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to create and execute data-driven plans, enhance brand visibility, manage customer acquisition, and optimize the growth funnel to achieve ambitious business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for NST, integrating marketing, content, and product-led initiatives to achieve company goals. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for all business markets. - Lead marketing and content-led growth efforts to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. - Ensure alignment between product enhancements and marketing strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. - Design and execute a holistic marketing plan that balances brand-building initiatives, lead generation, nurturing, and short-term performance goals. - Utilize data, analytics, and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement through structured experimentation. - Manage the marketing and growth budget to deliver sustainable and measurable results. - Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive impactful outcomes. Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of experience in a growth or marketing leadership role, demonstrating a track record of scaling businesses successfully. - Expertise in Growth Hacking, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and managing customer acquisition funnels. - Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Experience in developing and executing content-led growth strategies to engage and convert target audiences. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with experience in navigating complex environments. - Goal-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and willing to take calculated risks to drive innovation and growth.,
