Identify high-impact opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
Own and optimize growth channels (paid, organic, referrals, partnerships, lifecycle)
Improve funnel conversion rates through landing pages, onboarding flows, and messaging
Work with content, performance marketing, and SEO teams to scale demand
Use user insights and behavior data to influence product improvements
Drive growth via in-product experiments, prompts, and pricing/packaging tests
Define growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, churn)
Build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
Conduct cohort analysis and funnel diagnostics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Design
Mentor junior growth marketers or analysts (if applicable)
