360° exposure across marketing, operations, startup relations, investment banking, and business development

Responsibilities

• Support

  marketing campaigns

  across social media, content creation, and performance marketing.
• Assist in

  startup relations

  , including founder outreach, engagement, and event coordination.
• Gain hands-on experience in

  investment banking activities

  , such as preparing startup briefs, pitch decks, and investor research.
• Contribute to

  operations management

  —streamlining processes, reporting, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive

  growth initiatives

  and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Conduct

  market research and competitor analysis

  to provide actionable insights.
• Participate in

  flagship ISS events, bootcamps, and pitch days

  .

Qualification

• Current students or Recent graduates in

  Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

  .
• Open for full-time on-site role in Gurugram
• Passionate about

  startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital

  .
• Strong in

  communication, organization, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a

  fast-paced, dynamic environment

  .
• Proficient with

  Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital tools

  (bonus: CRM, Canva, social media ads).
• Hungry to learn, contribute, and grow into a

  potential full-time role (PPO opportunity)
