We’re a fast-growing AI start-up that’s built the first true AI agent orchestrator for sales teams, combining cutting-edge AI tools with enterprise-ready controls. With strong traction and a rapidly expanding user base, we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker to join our team and accelerate our global expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Scalable Growth Strategies

    : Design and implement innovative, scalable growth strategies across multiple channels, from traditional to non-traditional methods (e.g., Reddit, Discord, YouTube).
  • Run A/B Tests

    : Continuously run A/B tests to optimise conversion funnels, landing pages, and onboarding processes.
  • Track and Analyse Performance

    : Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

    : Work closely with AI Labs, product, engineering, and design teams to enhance user engagement and drive sustainable growth.
  • Leverage AI Tools

    : Utilise AI-powered tools to streamline research, content creation, execution, and analysis for every aspect of the marketing process.
  • Lead Generation & Campaigns

    : Build, enrich, and activate high-quality lead lists; run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and targeted ads.
  • Create High-Impact Campaigns

    : Explore and implement new growth opportunities through creative channels like webinars, content-led growth, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Optimise User Onboarding

    : Optimise demo, free trial, and referral funnels to maximise user activation and retention.


Requirements:

  • Experience

    : 2-4 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of executing and scaling growth campaigns.
  • Technical Skills

    : Hands-on experience with growth tools, ad platforms, and automation workflows (e.g., email, LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
  • Data-Driven

    : Strong analytical skills and a track record of running experiments that led to measurable growth.
  • AI Knowledge

    : Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research, content creation, and process optimisation.
  • Start-Up Mindset

    : Creative, agile, data-obsessed, and outcome-driven; thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Bonus

    : Experience in Consumer and Enterprise Marketing, familiarity with viral or community-led growth strategies, and prior experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
