As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Executive to join our team and help build our sales engine from the ground up. What You’ll Do : As the first Growth Executive to join our team, you’ll be at the heart of everything sales. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy, directly influence our growth, and work alongside our leadership team to build a strong client base. This is your chance to make an impact, take ownership, and learn on the job while having fun doing it! Be the Pioneer : You’ll be the first official sales hire, which means you’ll be responsible for setting the foundation of our sales process, discovering new clients, and creating long-lasting relationships. Lead Generation & Outreach : Get your hands dirty in finding new leads through creative outreach (emails, calls, social media) and build rapport with potential clients in the tech space. You’ll be leveraging AI-powered tools to help streamline your workflow, maximize efficiency, and hit those sales goals faster. Own the Pitch : You’ll develop and deliver sales presentations, showcasing our innovative software solutions in a way that gets prospects excited about what we offer. You’ll be the voice of the brand , bringing our vision to life for potential clients. Client Relationships : Build trust and create long-term partnerships with clients. You’ll be their go-to person, ensuring they feel valued and supported through every stage of the sales journey. AI and Tech Savvy Sales : Use cutting-edge AI tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, chatbots, etc.) to enhance your lead generation efforts, track progress, and close deals faster. You’ll also help shape how AI is integrated into our sales process for maximum impact . Be a Growth Driver : You will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our sales targets, contribute directly to the company’s growth, and have ownership of your success . Your personal success will directly correlate with the company’s success. What We’re Looking For : We want someone who is entrepreneurial , ambitious , and ready to take on a challenge. You’re excited about working in a startup environment where you can leave your mark and grow alongside the company. Fresh Thinking : 0-2 years of experience in sales (ideally within the tech or SaaS space, but we’re open to those with a strong interest in the tech world and a passion for learning). If you’ve done internships or have experience in selling, that’s a bonus! Tech Enthusiast : You have a natural curiosity for technology and software solutions . You understand the role of AI in sales and are excited about using cutting-edge tools to make your job easier and more impactful. Exceptional Communicator : You know how to grab people’s attention and keep it. Whether you’re presenting a solution to a client or networking on LinkedIn, your communication style is clear, engaging, and persuasive. Growth and Collaborative Mindset : You’re driven, self-motivated, and hungry to learn . You see setbacks as opportunities to grow, and you thrive in a collaborative environment Go-Getter Attitude : You’re always looking for new ways to approach challenges. You bring energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to the team. Adaptable : Startup life can be unpredictable, and you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats . Willingness to Travel : As part of your role, you will need to visit potential and existing customers across different locations, both within the city and out of town. Travel is an important aspect of the role, and we expect you to be comfortable with frequent travel to build relationships and close deals. Expected Education : Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field . Additional Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or AI tools are a plus, but not mandatory. Salary : Starting salary (INR 2.5 – 6 LPA based on experience and past performance). Performance-Based Incentives : Commissions plus bonus structure to reward your sales prowess. The more you sell, the more you earn. And additional benefits.
