Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Associate Intern with a strong background in B2C sales and lead generation. This role demands a self-starter who has worked with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks, understands sales funnels, and is focused on delivering measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality B2C leads through direct outreach and partnerships
  • Collaborate with and manage multiple DSA agencies for lead generation
  • Build and manage lead pipelines from initial contact to conversion
  • Optimize acquisition strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on leads, outreach metrics, and growth insights
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape the growth playbook
  • Experiment with new sales and marketing channels to unlock growth


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales or growth roles
  • Strong background in working with DSA partners and/or affiliate networks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work independently
  • Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting workflows
  • Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with inside sales and outbound strategies
  • Familiarity with basic marketing funnel metrics and tracking tools
  • Exposure to startup work culture and target-driven environments
  • Understanding of early-stage sales experiments and conversion logic


Education

Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent hands-on experience in a growth or sales role is also accepted.
