Growth Associate Intern

Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, results-driven Growth Associate Intern to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our cutting-edge sales automation platform, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and lead follow-up. The internship will initially be for six weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, improve your communication skills, and make a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our sales automation product to potential clients.Communicate fluently and professionally in both Hindi and English.Clearly explain product features and benefits, and address customer queries effectively.Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems.Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and convert them into customers.Leverage LinkedIn and email outreach to connect with prospects, generate leads, and maintain engagement.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through effective persuasion and customer engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long-term customer acquisition.Interns will be expected to leverage their personal LinkedIn accounts for professional outreach and engagement.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated attitude.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales or business development role.Prior sales or internship experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
