Senior React Developer with UX Design Experience Immediate Joiners Only Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior React Developer with a strong background in User Experience (UX) Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with backend developers to create user-centric, visually appealing, and highly interactive applications. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for front-end development and a deep understanding of UX principles, enabling them to drive the development of intuitive and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain advanced front-end applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Lead the UX design process for new features and enhancements, from user research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to translate design concepts and user requirements into high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and ensure best practices in front-end development. Optimize applications for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers. Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs, collaborating with backend developers to maintain consistency and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and drive innovation and improvements in both design and development. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance in front-end development and UX design best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router). Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles, wireframes, and prototypes. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Advanced CSS with SASS/SCSS and JavaScript (ES6+), with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/Yarn. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, including usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design. Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design. Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with TypeScript and/or other JavaScript frameworks/libraries. Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP) to enhance user interactions. Familiarity with CICD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques to evaluate design and functionality. Knowledge of server-side rendering and/or static site generation for React applications.
