Growth Associate Intern — AppForge Location : Remote Type: 3-months Internship (with potential for extension) About AppForge: AppForge builds next-generation mobile/web applications that help businesses scale rapidly. We’re a lean startup driven by experimentation, data, and growth. What You’ll Do: Conduct outbound outreach (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify and engage potential customers or partners Generate and qualify leads for the sales/partnership teams Assist in designing and running growth experiments (A/B tests, messaging variations) Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, CAC) Help with content creation for outreach sequences (email templates, follow-ups) Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on user acquisition initiatives What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related) and is looking for a side hustle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Grit, willingness to cold outreach, persistence Some familiarity with CRM tools, email software (e.g. HubSpot, Outreach, Mailshake) or basic analytics tools Analytical mindset; comfort working with data Self-starter attitude and ability to work in a fast, ambiguous environment Perks : Real ownership and impact — your experiments will move the needle Flexible hours; possibility of extension or full-time role Stipend / compensation (depending on region)
