IT Service Desk Senior Technical Process Executive

What You'll Do:

• Resolve IT issues via calls/chat/mail using tools like ServiceNow, Remedy
  
• Support VPNs, drivers, Active Directory, O365, and basic networking
  
• Ensure timely ticket closure and high CSAT
  
• Collaborate across teams for escalations
  
• Follow structured training programs and compliance protocols
  

Must-Haves: Strong communication, analytical thinking, familiarity with IT tools and concepts
