You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.

How You Will Contribute

You will:
  • Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects

  • Set change strategies and create plans
  • Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement
  • Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization
  • Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our sales organization to meet the evolving needs of the market and achieve ambitious growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and implement innovative sales strategies, processes, and technologies that will enhance our sales effectiveness and customer experience.

What you need to know about this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for RTM Technology products, aligned with overall business objectives and sales strategy.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Requirements Gathering & Definition:
  • Conduct thorough user research and gather feedback from sales teams, sales leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create clear and concise product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes.
  • Product Development & Execution:
  • Work closely with vendors, digital services and business teams to ensure best-in-class product development and delivery.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Modernize and Institutionalize DevOps & agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Product Launch & Adoption:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, including communication, training, and support.
  • Track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure that sales teams are effectively utilizing the technology.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with business process owners, IT stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • Communicate product updates and roadmap plans effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment on product priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development.
  • Ensure that the team is equipped with the skills and resources they need to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on sales technology or enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in the CPG industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and sales technology solutions (e.g., CRM, sales automation, analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of product managers.
