GROUP CHIEF OF STRATEGY

• The Group Chief of Strategy is in charge of overseeing the formulation, implementation, and oversight of strategies for a number of corporate entities in industries like food and beverage, real estate, packaging, cosmetics, and diversified holdings
• The position maximizes return on investment for all business units, assures long-term sustainability, and promotes financial performance
• Developing comprehensive business strategies that support diversification, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and franchise initiatives; supervising long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management; and utilizing data analytics and cutting-edge tools to spur innovation and well-informed decision-making are some of the main duties
• To uphold governance and compliance, the position guarantees consistent procedures, strong financial controls, and open reporting throughout all subsidiaries
• To improve profitability and operational efficiency, the Chief of Strategy establishes and records KPIs, keeps an eye on business performance, and puts centralized frameworks into place
• In addition to promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance, the position entails overseeing project evaluation, risk assessment, tax planning, and systems transformation efforts
• The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
