About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at Zintlr. You’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across all digital platforms — from social media to marketing campaigns, product visuals, and internal branding.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative startup environment, loves experimenting with design trends, and has a strong sense of visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Design static and motion graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visually engaging assets for product launches, email campaigns, and brand communications.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Work on branding projects including decks, event creatives, and promotional material.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, visuals, and creative directions aligned with Zintlr’s brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva (After Effects is a plus).
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, creative, and impactful designs.
• Understanding of design fundamentals — typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
