Job Title: Graphic & Motion Designer (Full-time)

Location: Hybrid (5 days WFH + 1 day WFO at East Delhi, Vasundhara Enclave – 110096)

Salary: Competitive, based on portfolio and performance

System: Candidate must use their own laptop/PC (minimum required specs). Software licenses will be provided.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-output, detail-obsessed designer who can handle 5X the creative volume of a typical in-house role. This is not a slow-paced job — we expect speed, precision, and consistency in delivering large-scale creative outputs across formats.

The WFH flexibility is a perk, but the expectation is strict daily deliverables, error-free execution, and proactive ownership without reminders.

Key Responsibilities

• Social-first content creation: • 10–12 static posts daily (IG/LinkedIn/Twitter formats) • 4–5 reels/short-form motion edits per week • Daily stories, GIFs, thumbnails, banners as per campaign calendar

• Ad creatives: • Multiple ad variants (A/B sets with clear visual differences) • Clean layouts, bold hooks, high-performance visuals

• Video & motion graphics: • Cut, grade, subtitle, sound-fix, and animate reels/shorts • Build simple motion templates for faster iterations

• Brand alignment: • Pixel-perfect grids, typography, and brand color systems • No spelling/casing mistakes; all text visible and mobile-first tested

• Publishing readiness: • All files must be shared for approval on WA first → uploaded to Drive only after sign-off • Ensure LIVE publishing is completed — with proof (screenshot + tracker update)

• File & tracker discipline: • Follow strict file naming, layer organization, and asset licensing rules • Daily tracker updates with “Created / Approved / Live” statuses

• Proactive ownership: • Identify design issues before they are flagged • Bring 2–3 reference options per task (not excuses) • Support team in shoots when needed (framing, lighting basics)

Tools You Must Already Know (Hands-On)

• Adobe Suite (non-negotiable): Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro

• Figma: Layouts, comments, export-ready

• Lightroom/Camera Raw: Quick corrections

• Bonus: Audition, Media Encoder, 3D mockups

Canva is allowed only for quick drafts — finals are Adobe-first.

Must-Haves

• Proven portfolio: Share links to carousels, reels/motion edits, ad sets, and at least one deck

• Speed + Quality balance: Consistent daily outputs, no quality drops

• Social platform expertise: IG/FB/LinkedIn specs, safe zones, text contrast, captioning

• Attention to detail: Spot and fix errors before they go live

• Ownership mindset: Work moves from brief → approval → live without reminders

Workstyle & Expectations

• 5 days WFH + mandatory 1 day WFO (East Delhi) — no exceptions

• Daily deliverables must be completed by EOD without carryovers

• Clear written updates, WA-first approvals, and tracker discipline are non-negotiable

• Zero tolerance for delays, excuses, or sloppy work

• Output-heavy role — expect continuous multi-brand deliverables

• MacBook Air M2/M3 (only if primarily handling lightweight graphics tasks)

RAM

• Minimum: 16 GB Unified Memory
• Recommended: 24 GB+ for motion-heavy workflows

Storage

• 512 GB SSD minimum
• Preferred: 1 TB SSD

Display

• Retina display with minimum 2560 × 1600 resolution
• External monitor support preferred if working with layered files

macOS Version

• macOS Ventura or later
• Must be compatible with Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.

3. Software Requirements

Applicable to both Mac & Windows systems:

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Canva Pro / Figma
• Google Chrome & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Zoom / WhatsApp Web / Slack / Meta Business Suite (for campaign work)

4. General Guidelines

• Systems will be audited during onboarding for compliance
• All tools and software must be properly installed and licensed
• Any performance issues due to hardware non-compliance will be the employee’s responsibility

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
