Job Description – Graphic Designer Company Name: Print Mark Designation: Graphic Designer 1. Role Overview The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing, preparing, and managing all print-related artwork, coordinating printing tasks, maintaining inventory records, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth workflow across printing operations including UV DTF and Vinyl printing. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge of printing machines, and strong organizational skills. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Designing & File Preparation ·        Create high-quality designs as per client requirements. ·        Prepare all print-ready files for various printing jobs. ·        Develop artwork for UV DTF printing and ensure correct file settings. ·        Prepare printing files for Vinyl Printer as required. ·        Make regular-use printing files and templates during free time. ·        Create mockups for sample prints when required. B. Printing & Production Support ·        Manage and monitor UV DTF and Vinyl printing work. ·        Perform regular machine cleaning and maintenance of Vinyl Printer. ·        Ensure timely ordering of ink for Vinyl printers and other machines. ·        Ensure designs are properly aligned, color-corrected, and production-ready. ·        Assist in dividing printing jobs and assigning work based on priority. ·        Perform sample printing and prepare sample outputs for clients. C. Client Communication ·        Answer client calls related to all brands handled by the company. ·        Coordinate with customers for design approval, revisions, and updates. ·        Share sample mockups and ensure customer satisfaction. D. Data & Record Management ·        Maintain entries for every order, design file, and printing job. ·        Keep accurate records of design tasks, print logs, and machine usage. E. Stock & Inventory Management ·        Check printing material stock on a weekly basis. ·        Coordinate and arrange new stock whenever required. ·        Maintain proper inventory updates. F. Workspace Maintenance ·        Maintain cleanliness of workplace including AC, tables, machines, shelves, etc. ·        Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all machines and tools. G. Reporting & Documentation ·        Update daily work sheets on Google Sheets. ·        Communicate job status and pending tasks with management. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications ·        Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. ·        Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or relevant design tools. ·        Knowledge of print file settings, color formats, layouting, and typography. ·        Experience in UV DTF and Vinyl printing operation and file setup. ·        Knowledge of printing machine maintenance and ink handling. ·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ·        Ability to work under deadlines. 4.
