We cater to bulk requirements for corporates, institutions, and businesses. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Field Sales Executive who can independently generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for corporate gifting and printed merchandise. Key Responsibilities . Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research. · Promote corporate gifting solutions, bulk merchandise, printing services, catalogues, banners, books, and other products. · Visit potential clients, present product offerings, and explain service capabilities. · Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent sales performance. · Prepare and share daily visit reports, lead status, and sales updates. · Maintain strong communication and relationship with corporate clients. · Coordinate with internal production and design teams to ensure smooth order processing. · Negotiate pricing, handle queries, and close sales deals effectively. · Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferred in printing/gifting/merchandise industry). · Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to generate self-leads and convert prospects into clients. · Two-wheeler preferred for field visits. · Good knowledge of local market and corporate segments. · Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
