Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, print-ready designs for books, brochures, pamphlets, answer sheets, packaging, and promotional materials. The role demands strong command over CorelDRAW, attention to detail, color accuracy, and close coordination with the production team to ensure error-free output.

Key Results Area (KRAs)

A. Design Output & Quality

• Create print-ready designs in CorelDRAW with 100% accuracy in layout, bleed, resolution, and color profiles.
• Ensure error-free designs by following all pre-press guidelines and internal quality checks.
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned designs for each project as per client requirement.

B. Turnaround Time & Productivity

• Complete design tasks within committed deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly orders.
• Maintain high productivity by handling multiple jobs simultaneously without compromising quality.

C. Collaboration with Production & Sales Team

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are suitable for printing on machines.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide design suggestions.
• Provide quick design revisions based on feedback.

D. File Management & Documentation

• Maintain proper design file structure, naming conventions, and archives for easy retrieval.
• Ensure correct export formats (PDF/X, CDR, TIFF etc.) based on job type and machine requirement.

E. Client Satisfaction & Communication

• Provide creative suggestions when needed to improve final output.
• Ensure zero rework due to design mistakes.

F. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new CorelDRAW features, printing trends, layouts, and color management best practices.
• Suggest design improvements that can reduce time, cost, or errors.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of:

• Print layouts
• Color modes (CMYK, Pantone)
• Bleed, margins, resolution, export settings
• Pre-press and post-press requirements
• Typography, alignment, spacing
• Ability to prepare print-ready files for screen printing, offset printing & digital printing.

Soft Skills:-

• Strong time management
• Creativity and originality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication for inter-team coordination
• Ownership and accountability for assigned designs

Required Experience :-

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in print & production-based graphic designing.
• Strong portfolio of print work. (Preffered)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
