Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs across both digital and print media. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create graphics that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, print materials, ads, presentations, and more.
• Create visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
• Ensure consistency in design and brand messaging across all creative materials.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Adapt and resize creatives for various digital formats and platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and videos as needed.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production when required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with branding, marketing, or advertising workflows.
• Ability to work in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
