Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Google & Meta Ads Specialist who can lead our performance marketing team and also train students in paid ads. The role combines morning training sessions with hands-on campaign management and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2-hour training sessions every morning on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Google & Meta Ads policies, new features, and industry trends.
• Lead and manage the ads team to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
• Coordinate with design, content, and SEO teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Ensure campaign goals such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring is preferred.
• Leadership and client-handling abilities.

Work Timing:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (depending on requirements).
• Morning (first 2 hours) dedicated to training sessions.
