Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who can lead our video editing team and also conduct training sessions for students in the morning. This role combines teaching + hands-on video editing + leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2-hour morning training sessions on video editing tools, techniques, and storytelling.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with the content, social media, and marketing teams to deliver engaging video content.
• Add animations, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video projects.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage and lead the video editing team for client projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects with high creative standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics & basic animation preferred.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and creativity.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in training/mentoring is an advantage.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Work Timing:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (as per requirement).
• Morning (first 2 hours) dedicated to training sessions.
