Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of BGCA's value proposition and communicate the same across all platforms
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop Reporting graphics, interactive graphics, information graphics, illustrations, logos and other designs
• Work with content writers and other stake-holders to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• End to end graphic deliverables from ideation till execution
• Optimize content using best practices
• Coordinate with other teams to illustrate graphics
• Update website graphics as needed
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, website, internal presentations, and branding
• Create reels, explainer videos, promotional videos, and basic motion graphics
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, and basic animations where required
• Ensure video outputs align with brand tone and professional standards
• Support website content updates, graphic changes, and layout modifications
• Basic understanding of website development, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), and design-related changes
• Coordinate with internal teams or developers for visual and UI-related updates
• Ability to suggest design improvements and usability enhancements is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop, Sketching, Canva etc.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar (Added)
• Basic knowledge of website design/development is an added advantage
• Has the eye for detail and ability to conceptualize
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Impeccable researching and strong creative thinking skills
• Team worker
• Very comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and platforms
• Highly motivated
• Initiative and passion
