Roles & Responsibilities As a part of the team, the candidate will support the specialist team of a leading sell-side Investment Banking firm. Responsibilities include: Performing valuation and accounting adjustments for companies using client’s proprietary valuation model Preparing thematic decks, marketing packs, country/company/sector level insights, charts, and other sector related data reports as and when required Handling voluminous data and creating meaningful data reports, screeners, and portfolios Working on regular systematic screens and reports and ensure timely delivery of the periodicals Updating/integrating latest financials and adjusting forecast projections SOTP analysis, M&A Proforma statement creations, IPO coverage expansion, Governance/Pension data analysis Assisting team/sector leads in team operations and engage in team/org level initiatives What are we looking for in the candidate? 0-1 years of experience in accounting related roles. Experience in Financial analysis will be preferred Should be comfortable in using MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Should be comfortable in handling voluminous data Ability to interface with the internal team and other internal stakeholders effectively Multi-tasker, self-starter and comfortable in fast-paced work-environment Should be adept at producing well-formatted exhibits like charts and tables, based on the results of analysis, in an efficient manner Strong analytical and communication skills Good command over DFC modelling Good accounting skills and know-how of financial analysis/valuation Exposure to IFRS and GAAP is a plus Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities As a part of the team, the candidate will support the specialist team of a leading sell-side Investment Banking firm.
