Role Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level role for fresh engineering graduates, providing hands-on exposure to onsite technical services such as Electrical Safety Audits, Energy Audits, Solar O&M, Thermography, Power Quality Studies, and System Inspections. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, the GET will support field execution, data collection, analysis, and documentation while ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing field audits, inspections, testing, and maintenance activities across solar, manufacturing, and utility sectors.
• Support thermography, earth resistance testing, insulation resistance measurement, and power quality assessments.
• Participate in solar O&M activities such as performance monitoring, cleaning supervision, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of electrical and solar PV systems.
• Operate and handle instruments including thermal cameras, power analyzers, multimeters, and insulation testers under guidance.
• Collect and compile technical data, measurements, and photographic evidence during site activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and SOP compliance at all times.
• Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation with guidance from senior engineers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tools, logistics, and technical support.
• Maintain calibration and readiness of testing instruments.
• Travel to client sites across India for project execution as per schedules.
• Contribute to continuous learning by participating in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Educational Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

Technical Skills

• Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and energy audit principles.
• Basic understanding of solar PV plant operations and performance parameters.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and their applications.
• Awareness of safety standards (IEC 62305, CEA guidelines, BIS norms).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and site layouts.
• Exposure to project documentation and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
