Government Liaisoning & Tendering (Mining Sector)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Government Liaison Establish and nurture strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and public sector stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for government interactions and ensure proactive engagement for project approvals and clearances. 2. Tender Management Identify relevant government tenders related to mining and ash management projects. Lead the end-to-end bid process including evaluation of tender requirements, proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and timely submission. Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliant and competitive bids. 3. Project Management Manage the execution of mining and ash handling projects in line with approved timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with technical specifications and contractual obligations. 4. Compliance & Documentation Ensure strict adherence to statutory and environmental regulations applicable to government projects. Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, inspections, and contract obligations. Liaise with legal teams to ensure all documentation meets compliance standards. 5. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal departments, external consultants, joint venture partners, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution. Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and maintain transparent communication channels to address concerns and ensure alignment. 6. Negotiation & Contracts Lead techno-commercial negotiations with government clients and contractors. Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring optimal terms and risk mitigation.
