We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Shopify Success Manager to lead and scale enterprise-level e-commerce initiatives on the Shopify platform. You will drive full-cycle store strategy, development, deployment, and optimization bridging technical and marketing teams to deliver measurable business growth for our clients.
Should have a strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
Must possess a solid understanding of Shopify store development, from strategy and planning to deployment and optimization.
Should be capable of managing Shopify Plus and enterprise-level clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, scalability, and performance.
Should have a good understanding of Shopify marketing strategies, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, and Conversion Optimization.
Must be able to align development and marketing teams to achieve client goals and drive measurable business growth.
4+ years’ hands-on experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, including theme development, API usage, customizations and app integrations.
Demonstrable experience managing enterprise or high-volume Shopify stores (ideally including Shopify Plus) with a focus on scalability, performance and business impact.
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies: paid media (Meta, Google), email marketing, SEO and conversion optimisation.
Excellent project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities; able to bridge technical and marketing teams to unify strategy and execution.
Strong business acumen and communication skills: comfortable translating technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.
Experience with Shopify Plus or multi-store / multi-region e-commerce setups.
Proven track record managing high-volume stores (many SKUs, multiple markets) and delivering growth in conversion or revenue.
Hands-on with advanced integrations: ERP/CRM sync, headless commerce, custom checkout workflows, omni-channel operations.
Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, heat-mapping, A/B testing, deriving actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder-engagement: comfortable with C-Suite and external partners, translating technical decisions into business outcomes.
Prior experience in a digital-marketing or e-commerce-agency environment where technology and marketing converge.
Familiarity with Agile project-management methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
Proven ability to work remotely, manage distributed teams, with strong prioritisation and self-organisation.
