Job Description

Experience- 6 to 15 years

Manage and execute interior fit-out and commercial turnkey projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
Supervise site activities, labour management, and subcontractor coordination.
Handle subcontractor billing, work progress verification, and cost control.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project finishing as per specifications.
Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
Maintain complete project documentation, reports, and records.
Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure adherence to design, scope, and budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in interior fit-out or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of turnkey project execution and site management.
Good client handling, coordination, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
