Compensation: ₹6 – ₹12 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to Surat, Dholera, and Gandhinagar

1. Job Purpose

To serve as the key coordination and liaison point between the organization and various government, industrial, and statutory agencies for ensuring seamless availability, approval, and integration of external utilities—including power, water, PNG, CETP, STP, storm water, and related infrastructure—for the Dholera Semiconductor Fab project. The role also ensures timely approvals, technical documentation support, and on-ground coordination.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Government Liaison & Inter-Agency Coordination

Liaise with DICDL, Torrent Power, Gujarat Gas, GPCB and other statutory agencies for all external utility connections and interface requirements.

Participate in government and stakeholder meetings; prepare, document, and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).

Track approval workflows, follow up on pending applications, and resolve inter-agency coordination issues.

Ensure effective communication flow between authorities, consultants, and internal teams.

B. Technical & Documentation Support

Collect technical inputs and specifications required for battery-limit designs and utility interconnection plans.

Develop interface documentation, utility drawings, technical notes, and progress dashboards.

Maintain organized records of all submissions, approvals, correspondence, and compliance documentation.

Provide updated utility interface data to internal engineering teams and external consultants.

C. Project Monitoring & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports highlighting status, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.

Track timelines for utility provisioning, statutory clearances, and on-site activities.

Raise early warnings for potential delays and propose corrective actions.

D. Statutory & Compliance Coordination

Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory applications including CTE/CTO, CGWA permissions, and environmental clearances.

Coordinate periodic environmental monitoring and support statutory reporting requirements.

Ensure adherence to all relevant state and central compliance norms applicable to utilities and infrastructure.

E. On-Site & Field Coordination

Conduct routine visits to Dholera, Gandhinagar, relevant government offices, and project execution sites.

Facilitate joint inspections, route surveys, alignment verification, and approval processes.

Coordinate effectively between contractors, consultants, and agency officials for smooth execution.

3. Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

3 to 8 years of experience in project coordination, utility interface management, government liaisoning, or industrial/infrastructure projects.

Preference for candidates with experience in government coordination, industrial estates, or large-scale infrastructure developments.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of infrastructure utilities (power, water, gas, drainage, waste water, etc.).

Excellent communication, drafting, and technical documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities with the capacity to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively between Surat, Dholera, and Gandhinagar.

4. Compensation & Benefits

Annual CTC: ₹6 – ₹12 Lakhs (commensurate with experience and skill set).

Travel and accommodation allowances as per company policy.
