Mobilization Executive

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Conversion

• Make daily outbound calls to workers, students, job seekers, HR managers, and industrial contacts.
• Share course benefits, eligibility criteria, and assist in registration over call/WhatsApp.
• Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and daily report of calling outcomes.
  

Industrial Outreach & Promotion

• Visit manufacturing plants, construction sites, industrial areas to interact with workers, supervisors, and HR departments.
• Take appointments and conduct face-to-face presentations with Plant Managers, HSE Heads, Admin Heads regarding how

  can benefit workforce development.
• Organize and manage

  stalls outside factory gates

  , distribute pamphlets, and promote schemes during worker shift changes.
• Coordinate advertisements near industrial zones using banners, standees, and roadshows.
  

Freshers, Rural & College Mobilization

• Travel to nearby

  villages, ITIs, polytechnic colleges

  , and employment exchanges to spread awareness about free/low-cost government skilling programs.
• Conduct community-level mobilization through

  group meetings, door-to-door visits

  , and local event participation.
• Engage with

  Sarpanchs, Gram Sevaks, Principals, and Placement Officers

  to conduct

  mass awareness drives

  .

Online Presentations & Corporate Meetings

• Schedule and conduct virtual presentations to industrial stakeholders via Zoom/Google Meet.
• Email brochures, program details, and registration links to potential participants or organizations.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, CSR expos, and safety exhibitions.
  

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain daily database of calls, visits, follow-ups, confirmed leads, and registrations.
• Provide weekly reports to the State or Regional Manager with status and next weeks plan.
  

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing / Social Work / Industrial Safety / ITI background preferred)
  

Skills Required

• Excellent communication (English, Hindi + regional language a must)
• Strong tele-calling and presentation skills
• Field sales / outreach / mobilization experience
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Google Meet, WhatsApp, email handling
  
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in target-driven environment
  

Assets Preferred

• Smartphone and Two-wheeler with license
• Previous experience in skill development, PMKVY, CSR mobilization, NGO outreach, or field counseling
