Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with potential and existing customers to promote the NoBrokerHood app and explain its benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to residents and society members.
Explain features and benefits of the NoBrokerHood app.
Encourage app downloads and user registration.
Maintain daily call logs and follow up with interested leads.
Resolve basic customer queries or route them to relevant teams.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
Freshers or 02 years of experience in Telecalling or Customer Support
Must have good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and/or

South Indian languages
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Should be able to work 6 days a week (Week off on weekdays)
Comfortable with day shift (between 9 AM 8 PM)
