Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Contributing to team performance by achieving sales targets and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating CRM systems, and generating reports.
  • Managing a high volume of calls, including answering customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and promoting products or services.
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to tailor communication to different personality types
  • A customer-centric approach, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, phone systems, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
