Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Strategist to develop and execute high-performing paid search strategies across various industries. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and can translate data into actionable insights that drive real business results. This is a strategic role that requires both planning and performance analysis skills. We value proven success and campaign knowledge more than certifications. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and manage Google Ads strategies for clients or internal campaigns Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Optimize existing campaigns for performance, cost-efficiency, and goal alignment Monitor and interpret key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.) Work with content, design, and account teams to ensure messaging alignment Prepare performance reports and communicate strategic recommendations clearly Stay current with Google Ads updates, trends, and new features Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools Ability to develop actionable insights based on performance data Solid understanding of paid search principles and funnel strategy Excellent communication and analytical thinking Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Ads, SaaS, Shopping Ads, or Display Network Background in lead generation or ecommerce marketing Experience handling multiple clients or verticals What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Strategic ownership of performance-driven campaigns Opportunity to work with a growth-focused and data-driven team Access to diverse industries and marketing challenges Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
