Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google and other paid platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, executing, and refining paid ad campaigns that drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with brand goals, conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and stay updated with platform trends. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a performance-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn
• Set up ad campaigns including audience targeting, ad copy, and bidding strategies
• Conduct thorough keyword research and manage bidding to improve campaign efficiency
• Track and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion performance
• Monitor and control ad spend to stay within budget while maximizing results
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives
• Generate performance reports and analyze key metrics for actionable improvements.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn & Instagram
• Strong knowledge of keyword research tools and bidding strategies
• ROI-focused approach with experience in performance tracking and optimization
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Reporting and data interpretation skills for campaign insights
• Ability to collaborate across teams for integrated marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
