Job Description Groomit for Pets LLC, 1091, Yonkers Avenue, Yonkders, New York - 10704, is looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to manage our paid advertising efforts on Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns that drive leads, sales, and ROI. You will drive traffic, improve ad quality, lower CPCs, and scale campaigns profitably. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping (as applicable) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for better Quality Score Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, reporting results regularly Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align ad strategy with overall marketing goals Requirements 10+ years' experience managing Ad Account with a big budget (More than 50 Lacs+) with measurable success. Google Ads Certification (preferred) Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads, and retargeting strategies Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines Nice to Have Experience with other paid platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or local service businesses Understanding of basic SEO principles
