Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other networks.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Monitor and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and overall performance.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to improve landing page quality and ad relevance.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
